Easy scallops supreme recipe

Not only is this scallop supreme recipe delicious, but is also very quick to prepare. It's so creamy and cheesy, even non-seafood lovers should enjoy.

24-oz package frozen scallops

1/4 cup diced onion

2 Tablespoons butter

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

dash of pepper

1 cup shredded sharp American cheese

1-lb can drained French-style green beans

1 cup soft bread crumbs

2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Simmer scallops in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, drain.

Soften onion in 2 Tbsp butter until tender but not brown. Add soup, milk, curry powder, pepper, and *1/2 cup* of the cheese. Stir until cheese melts.

Sliced cooked scallops cross-wise. Combine with drained green beans in 10x6x2 in. baking dish. Pour soup mixture over. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bread crumbs, and 2 Tbsp. melted butter. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
